ViewGlow Monitors Standard Return Policy
At ViewGlow, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds, modeled after leading industry standards:
Return Window

Items shipped from ViewGlow.com can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Once a return is requested within this period, you have an additional 15 days to return the product(s).
Eligibility Criteria

Monitors must be in new or like-new condition, undamaged (except for items received damaged/defective), and include all original packaging and components (such as cables, manuals, guides).

Returns with missing or damaged parts may be rejected or have a value deducted from the refund.

Items must be free from personal data. Please perform a factory reset on smart products and remove any accounts beforehand.
Damaged or Defective Products

Any product that is received damaged, defective, or non-functional must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

In cases of damage during shipping or installation, you may be required to provide photos of the packaging and product.
Restocking Fee

Except for returns due to damage or defect, returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Conditions

All returns must include all original packaging and accessories.

Any promotional items included with the purchase must also be returned; missing items will have their value deducted from the refund.

Shipping, installation, and associated service fees are non-refundable.
Return Procedure

Package the monitor and all accessories securely in the original packaging.

Provide any requested information, such as photographs for damaged/defective goods.

Ship the item using the provided label or as instructed by customer service.
Non-Returnable Items

Monitors showing customer-induced damage, material alterations, or in unsellable condition cannot be returned.

Monitors purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to those retailers in accordance with their policies.
