Free U.S. Shipping

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after business hours or during weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery takes approximately 3–10 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location.

  • West Coast addresses generally receive shipments faster (closer to 3–5 business days).

  • East Coast and more remote locations may take longer (closer to 7–10 business days).

• Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday volumes.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery for assistance.

• Please provide order information and photos (if damaged) to help us resolve the issue quickly.
